Here is another formal offering from Vanity House of Designs and the mind of Victoria.

The Midnight Diamonds Mesh Formal Gown Ensemble.

This ensembles starts with the mesh v-neck gown ( 5 sizes & alpha), a pair of evening gloves ( 2 layers & appliers), a pair of black fishnet thigh high stockings ( appliers HUD), not shown, B & W glove accessory (2), flex-skirt (2) and to finish it off 2 pair of black satin stilettos(1 for SL avatars & 1 for Slink mid). (Shoes not shown).

Also shown on my white lioness to shown it can be worn by non-human avatars!
