The shape is Angelique and the skin is flutter & pout. This ensemble includes the following: 2 pairs of stilettos not shown, (black velvet/gunmetal & pink skully with mesh feet) (HUD for the mesh feet & alphas), 3 pairs of eyes (aqua-green-pink in subtle & in bright and Nordic blue), a pink lacy bra (4 layers & Lola appliers) & the pink lacy panties (4 layers, Phat Azz & Sking Brazilla appliers).
