This outfit's designer is Victoria Juliette, she is the other half of Vanity House of Designs. Here she took the naval theme & incorporated it into the high waist of these fine woolen charcoal grey pants, she topped it off with a grey bustier top that is trimmed in gold and yes Ladies it has lola appliers and she finished the outfit with gold studded silver stilettos.All I can say is.......VA VA VOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!! |
